Q: If I choose to sign up for a subscription, do I have to use the direct debit payment option? If so, how do I sign up for direct debit?

A: Yes, direct debit is required if you choose to continue your subscription after five months. To sign up for direct debit, submit the Automatic Payment System (APS) Agreement accompanied by a copy of a voided check.



Q: How is my subscription license authenticated each month?

A: All subscribers must authenticate their license each month via the Internet, or by calling our automated phone authentication system at (352) 264-1664.



Q: I'm opening a second location, how do I go about obtaining an additional license?

A: If you originally purchased the software license, you can purchase a subsequent license. Subscribers can add licenses for an additional per month/location (Note: Subscription fees must for all locations must be debited from the same checking account in order to qualify for this discount).



Q: I am selling my salon and the new owner wants to continue using the software. What do I do?

A: If you originally purchased the software license, you can relinquish your rights to use the software to the new owner. To transfer the license to the new owner, complete and submit the Request to Transfer Software License (for purchasers) accompanied by the $200 transfer fee.

Subscribers can transfer their rights to use the software by completing and submitting the Request to Transfer Software License (for subscribers) accompanied by the $50 transfer fee.




Q: I want to begin printing my employees' payroll checks from the software. Do you sell them?

A: Yes, you can order employee payroll checks by completing the payroll checks order form accompanied by a copy of a voided check.
